I knew that changing my diet and exercising would do the trick, but I was just plain lazy. I got overwhelmed at the thought of really monitoring what I was consuming. Hey, I just wanted to eat whatever tasted good whenever I wanted. I was addicted to sugar in the form of candy bars and cakes and ice cream. I also loved fries, burgers and pizza. Even though I like vegetables and fruits, I didn't eat them. This complete laziness caused my weight to skyrocket to 190 pounds. The last time I was that heavy, I was 9 months pregnant!
I was fat. No if, ands or buts! I was also thoroughly unhappy about it. Clothes didn't fit, my face looked chubby and I felt very UGLY! Then I decided enough was enough.
